Ben Clemes
Chief Executive Officer
Ben Clemes is the Chief Executive Officer of High Roller Technologies, Inc with over 18 years of online gambling industry experience. He began his career in the online gambling industry in 2006 and co-founded Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) in 2013. He held various leadership roles at GiG, including overseeing the flagship brand Guts.com and more recently as Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer of GiG’s B2B platform and technology division operating across multiple global regulated markets. Ben, prior to joining High Roller Technologies was a partner at HappyHour.io, working alongside pioneers in iGaming investing into online casinos and emerging technologies in the iGaming sector. Ben has worked in the online gaming industry in Gibraltar, Malta, Spain and is currently located in San Francisco, California.
Adam Felman
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining High Roller, Mr. Felman, served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Digital Gaming Corporation, a leading online gaming company and B2B supplier. In 2023, Mr. Felman transitioned from private to public market operations following the sale of Digital Gaming Corporation to Super Group (SGHC). From 2013 to 2017, Felman, a Chartered Accountant (ACA), was in practice at Hazlems Fenton LLP. Felman received Joint Honors in Mathematics and Business from Aston University in 2013.
Emily Micallef
Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff
Emily brings 10 years of experience in people operations and organisational strategy, with a strong focus on the iGaming industry. She began her gaming journey at Greentube (part of Novomatic), where she contributed to international operations and organisational reform. She works within leadership to align strategic priorities, drive cross-functional execution, and strengthen our operating model for scale. For the past three years, Emily has served as an Investment and Portfolio Partner at HappyHour.io, supporting a portfolio of gaming ventures with operational enhancements across verticals.
Sarah Stienon
Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
Sarah Stienon Moulin is an experienced legal and compliance leader in the iGaming sector with more than 10 years of experience in regulated and international gaming markets. Prior to joining High Roller, Sara held the positions of Chief Legal Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and MLRO at Jackpot.com, overseeing legal, compliance, AML, and operations. Prior to Jackpot.com, Sarah acted as Senior Legal Counsel at GAMING1, supporting the group’s expansion across Europe during her tenure. Sarah holds a Licenciatura in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and is a registered lawyer with the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid. Sarah also holds a Specialist Certificate in Money Laundering Risk in Betting and Gaming from the International Compliance Association.
Seth Young
Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations
Mr. Young is a widely recognized interactive gaming expert with a successful track record of continuously being at the forefront of new gaming technologies and strategies.
Prior to joining High Roller, Mr. Young served as Chief Innovation Officer at PointsBet, where he was responsible for strategic corporate development efforts including fundraising, new market development, government affairs, regulatory affairs, and more. He also previously served as Chief Operating Officer at FSG Digital, Executive Director of Online Gaming at Foxwoods Resort Casino, Chief Operating Officer at Flower City Gaming, and Director of Strategy for TexasHoldem.com.
Additionally, Mr. Young is a founding partner of GMA Consulting, an internationally respected consulting firm serving the gaming, sports, entertainment, and hospitality sectors. Young also serves on the Board of Directors for Kinectify, EQL Games, Kindbridge Behavioral Health, and Aquimo.
Mr. Young has been recognized for his contributions to the gaming industry, receiving the Innovation Group’s 2018 Emerging Leaders of Gaming Award and being named to Global Gaming Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list in the same year.
